The nice thing about the internet is the possibility it offers for developing photographers and artists who wish to display their wares and show people the talents they've been developing, possibility in obscurity. Additionally, places like the International Center for Photography bring together various elements of photographic history all of which are designed to provide a richer more fulfilling understanding of the photographic world.
